Registration is simple:
1) Sign In/Up on Paytm.com
2) Go to your ‘Profile’ page under the ‘Your Account’ section.
3) Click on the ‘Go Mobile’ tab and you see two options available: Recharge via our toll-free number and recharge via SMS.

Registration for these services doesn’t cost a thing so it’s best you click on the ‘tick’ for both services and just like that you’re registered.
4) Once you’ve registered, there’s just one more thing you need to keep in mind- that you have enough Paytm Cash. To add money click on the Paytm Cash tab and enter an amount and click on ‘Proceed’ [as shown below]. From there on you will be asked to select your mode of payment and enter your payment details.
